We Outside [Pre-Order]

$250.00
“We Outside” is a call to action, a deliberate remembrance. A celebration of blackness, black memory preservation through AAVE, indigeneity, and land intimacies.
This monochrome white on white bucket hat changes to white and pink when exposed to sunlight. I have created it as an embodiment of my more than a decade neo-animist™ creative practice and as a healing offering through textile.
Wear the “We Outside” hat to remind yourself of your connection to nature and the living breathing networks of human + non-human kinship. Wear it to remind yourself to go outside and be present with the world around you. Wear it to remember in the most isolating moments, you are not alone, you are always in community and always connected to land, to nature, to your ancestors, to plants, and to the living sentient world around you in deep ways.

A limited drop, only 28 of these speciality art pieces are available.
